The Táo quân comedy leaves behind laughter as well as mediation
In the atmosphere the New Year Canh Dan 2010, University of Economics and Business - VNU organized many activities to greet new spring. This is also an opportunity for all the staff and faculty of the university to be closer and send the best wishes to one another.
After more than a fortnight of preparing, UEB Gala of the year was held on 5th February 2010 with Rector Assoc.Prof.Dr. Phung Xuan Nha’s presence. Attending to the program were also the Rectors and UEB staff, faculty as well as their relatives. The distinguished guests attending to the program were MA. Tran Quoc Binh - Deputy-Chief of Office of the Presidents and functional departments (member of the examiner board), reporters from the media.
Assoc.Prof.Dr. Phung Xuan Nha opened the program with his appreciation of UEB staffs’ and lecturers’ spririt of practicing and unity, which has created a playground, contributing to develop UEB culture - community culture of University of Economics and Business - VNU.
The guests and UEB staff totally mixed with a cheerful atmosphere of merry performances: “The first Spring” by competitive team from Training Department, “Welcome Spring” by Administration Department and Human Resource Department, “Transitional melody” with the voice by Research & Cooperation Development Department, Finance Planning Department, Media Center, Journal & Publishing Center, Audit Department and Education Quality Assurance Center, “Greeting new Spring” by five Faculties of UEB. All the participants also experienced a deep moment with the song “The child” by Center of International Training & Education and enjoyed an ancient Hanoi with “Hanoi 36 streets” by the great allied team. The performances brought the Gala night a festival atmosphere full of spring colors and warm-hearted feeling - the feeling of “UEB great family”…
The most expected performance was the Táo quân comedy named “The year-end meeting”. All the audients were actually entertained with humorous Nam Tào (casted by MA. Nguyen Duc Ha - UEB Rector’s Secretary); mordant and mincing Bắc Đẩu (casted by Tran Van Trong - Administration Department); Táo Administration (casted by MA. Tran Thi Hoang Yen), Táo Research - Cooperation (casted by Vu Minh Duc - Administration Department); ); Táo Finance (casted by MA. Nguyen Hai Minh); Táo Media - Journal (casted by Hoang Thi Thu Huong); Táo Training (casted by Le Thi Thuy Dung); Táo Audit (casted by MA. Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong); and Táo Human Resource from Tulou (casted by Le Thanh Nam). Moreover, the audients enjoyed Thiên Lôi’s wife’s beauty (casted by Pham Bich Ngoc); especially, the impressive acting by Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa in Ngoc Hoang part. The comedy linked the achievements and shortcomings of UEB in the last year under humorous and entertaining aspect. It ended by the conclusion of 10 remarkable events of UEB.
After serious and fair working, the examiner board decided to confer the First Prize to Center of International Training & Education, and the Impression Prize to Administration Department and Human Resource Department.
The program ended in cheerful melody of the song “Happy New Year” and warm wishes from Director Board, staff, faculty of UEB and the guests. Wish all people a New Year with happiness, healthiness, wealth, cheerful unity and fortune.
