2. Requirements:

- Doctorate or higher education (high priority);

- PhD student (final year),

- Master's degree graduated from advanced countries in the world.

* Priority: candidates who are able to teach and research in English, have international publications as lead author/contact author; well-trained abroad.

- Monthly income based on personal ability, averages about 25+ million (minimum monthly pay is 15 million). Excellent lecturers, in particular, have their own unique earning strategies

- Overtime payment with a high unit price that ranks among the highest in public universities. The title factor will be doubled for doctorate students studying abroad full-time or those with teaching experience overseas.
