- Pointing out the economic and social issues arising that affect negatively to the equitization of state - owned enterprises in Thanh Hoa in the past 15 years.

- Evaluating objectively and realistically about the effectiveness of solutions to solve the negative issues arising in the equitization of state - owned enterprises of different sectors, classes in Thanh Hoa province during 1998-2014.

- Introducing a system of views and proposing some main solutions to settle effectively the impact of the economic and social issues arising in the equitization of state - owned enterprises in Thanh Hoa up to 2020.

The result of the dissertation is base to point out and deal with problems of the economic and social issues arising in the equitization of state - owned enterprises in Thanh Hoa province, as well as advised bases for other provinces, cities in all the country in the equitization of state - owned enterprises.
