11. Summary of new findings of the PhD thesis
- The PhD thesis clarified the role of human resources for industrialization and modernization of rural agriculture, and the requirements of the process of industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural development for human resources . Also, it established evaluation criteria and learned by experience to develop human resources for industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural development.
- On the basis of the evaluation criteria, it clarified the actual state of human resources, including specific human resources and issues which needed solving to develop human resources for industrialization and modernization of rural agriculture in Red River Delta region.
- Based on theoretical and practical basis, combined with analysis of the new context and the orientation of industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural development, and prediction of demand - supply of human resources, the research proposed some main viewpoints and solutions to develop human resources for industrialization and modernization of rural agriculture in Red River Delta region until 2020 and following years .

- The new findings of the research has contributed to scientific basis of orientating and giving solutions to development of human resources for industrialization and modernization of rural agriculture in Red River Delta region.

In the future, the research will concentrate on researching human resources for economic sectors in the process of industrialization and modernization of rural agriculture in regions in the country. Based on this, the researcher will draw the movement of human resources in each economic sector in the process of industrialization and modernization of rural agriculture in order to give more effective strategies and policies for development of human resources.
