At the meeting, Dr. Anke Stahl said she’s just taken the responsibility of Director of DAAD in Vietnam since August, 2013, then she is really excited to start working with the universities in Hanoi generally and VNU University of Economics and Business in particular. According to Mrs. Anke Stahl, during her term of office in Vietnam, the public relations activities to spread out the information of DAAD will be focused more in order to develop the cooperative programs as well as to promote the teaching and cultural exchange between German and Vietnam Colleges.
At the same time, Mrs. Anke shared the information on the scholarship program of DAAD for faculty members, lecturers and students. She felt great when hearing that there are 2 German students from Stralsund University studying in Faculty of Business Administration under the exchange program at VNU-UEB.

Dr. Vu Anh Dung, Vice Rector hoped that DAAD will support the VNU-UEB in international project/research or international conference in VNU-UEB; particularly in the area of sustainable development, climate change, public policy and human right.
