Message from Prof. Takemi

Congratulations and like to send my admiration for both your effort and meticulous care for the participants.
This is my third time to be in GPAC, Soul 2008, Ichikawa 2009 and Hanoi 2010. Having observed all participating students, I reconfirmed my conviction that the partnership among Asian students had been steadfastly nurtured.
Hope to keep GPAC going in next 1000 years, the same as Hanoi’s.
