Purposes: To aim at clarifying the general theoretical and practical basis for development of private economic sector in general and of types of private companies in particular.

+ To systematize the rationale of development of types of private enterprises.

+ To analyze the development status of types of private companies in Vietnam.

+ To work out the solutions and strategies for development of private enterprises in Vietnam in the current period.

• Clarifying the operational status of enterprise organization types in Vietnam private economic sector in the current period.
• Propose some solutions to the development of types of private enterprises in Vietnam in the period after Vietnam WTO’s membership.
