• Explaining theoretical and practical basis of aquaculture
• Analyzing and evaluating the situation of aquaculture in Ha Tinh in recent years.
• Suggesting solutions to steadily develop aquaculture in Ha Tinh

New contribution:

• On the basis of systematizing and generalizing the common theory about investment in aquaculture and carrying out a survey and an evaluation on Ha Tinh investment in aquaculture situation, my thesis aims to contribute the following:
• Describing and scrutinizing the situation of aquaculture in Ha Tinh
• Pointing out the risks that lead to unsustainable development in aquaculture
• Suggesting solutions to develop sustainable aquaculture in Ha Tinh
