The Fourth Industrial Revolution has been taking place on a global scale with significant impacts on all aspects of life and society. In order to be able to adapt and succeed in this era, in addition to professional qualifications, students need to be equipped with different essential skills, especially the 4Cs corresponding to the 4 most important skills including: critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication. Catching up with that trend, UEB-VNU has developed the module "Creative thinking" in the curriculum, helping students practice skills and discover their own creative capacity to solve problems efficiently.
Before implementing the official teaching activities of the new module, the school regularly organizes exchange and training sessions for teachers to ensure the highest teaching effectiveness. During this process, the teachers always received the attention, encouragement and support from the school's Board of Directors and functional departments.
Through a series of creative experiential activities such as early-hour warm-up skills, brain labyrinth challenges, non-verbal painting, stepping through the comfort zone, product design and life planning… the trainers participating in the training had many new ideas that they could apply and develop in their lectures.
