Rector of the UEB - Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Truc Le said, the university has prepared a stable platform for the online classes, which has been tested to ensure the best performance during operation.

Explaining about the choice of using Microsoft Teams, Assoc.Prof.PhD. Le Trung Thanh - Head of Academic Affairs said, this is the most popular software all over the world, which is used by many prestigious universities. The software provides unlimited accounts with unlimited storage and compatible with other Microsoft software. Especially, it stores all the data for further reference, which can help the Office of Academic Affairs to supervise all classes.

 

 

After a week of online classes from 16^th March, the University received positive feedback from the lecturers and students. Most of the lecturers appreciated the high quality of the platform, which help the class operate effectively. “Only some students had problems due to network connection, some others got interrupted during the class, but I think they will do it great in coming time”.

 

Online class is not only the urgent tool amid the outbreak of Covid-19 but it lies within the comprehensive innovation of teaching and learning methods at the UEB. Based on the context, the university will arrange the plan of online and face and face classes to ensure the best results for the students.
