This year, the course gathered 20 students including managers at social organizations, non-profit organizations, non-governmental organizations, social enterprises, freelancers, artists, people working in areas related to policy development and advocacy, university lecturers and a number of students from around the country. Following the success of previous courses, this course is aimed atthose who are particularly interested in the field of development, with a desire to acquire more knowledge for themselves and interact with individuals who share the same values.
Throughout the course, participants gained knowledge on various topics including: Perspectives on development in a modern market economy; development from a cultural perspective; development from an environmental perspective; development from the perspective of landscape architecture; development from an institutional perspective; community development and building, etc.

On the second day, Dr. Ngo Dao shared the innovative methods of development through her emotional stories about bringing nature into buildings and promoting the protection and preservation of plants in urban area.
