On 8th November 2011, Vietnam National University President has signed the Decision 3283 /QD-KHCN to confer the Cetificate of Merit for 31 students’ research projects at VNU level in 2011. University of Economics and Business has 2 awarded students: 1 First Prize and 1 Incentive Prize.
First Prizet: Project “Models for an early warning system for Financial Crises and application into predicting crises in Vietnam’s economy in 2011-2016 ”. Authors: Nguyen Minh Cuong (Faculty of Political Economics) and Nguyen Thi Hien (Faculty of Development Economics). Instructor: Dr. Nguyen Duc Thanh.
Incentive Prize: Project “A study on the risks of Vietnam’s garment exporting to the U.S. supply chain”. Author: Nguyen Thị Hong Van, Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc (Faculty of International Business and Economics). Instructor: Assoc.Prof.Dr. Ha Van Hoi.
Hence, it is constant in 3 years (from 2009 to 2011), UEB students have achieved the highest result of Students Research Prize at VNU level and received Certificate of Merit by VNu President.
