That is general comment of the seminar on State-scaled study findings “Entrepreneur personality and business culture in renovation and international integration process”, which is under the State-scaled scientific and technological programme held on 16th April 2010 at University of Economics and Business - VNU.
The project is coded of KX.03./06-10 led by Assoc.Prof.Dr. Phung Xuan Nha.
After over 20 years of renovation and international economic integration, Vietnamese entrepreneurs have facilitated to “explosively” develop. The progress of Vietnamese entrepreneur community has a strong impact on all social aspects; accordingly, it attracted remarkable social interest and many opponent viewpoints about the community.
The inconsiderate and united evaluation on Vietnam’s entrepreneur personality and business culture is partly because of the shortage of standard assessment “index” and real information.
Assoc.Prof.Dr. Phung Xuan Nha reported: "The project aims to develop a classified structure of detailed value table of Vietnam’s entrepreneur personality and business culture in renovation and international integration process. From that point to “accredit” the reasonableness of modes and the development Vietnam’s entrepreneur personality and business culture. As a result, the authors suggested reasonable solutions and viewpoints to develop Vietnam’s entrepreneur personality and business culture, contributing to develop Vietnamese people in the renovation and international integration process".
On the base of suitable approach, modern study methods, the authors have developed 2 structure modes of entrepreneur personality (including 4 elements with 38 criteria: Morality, Intelligence, Physicality, Helpfulness) and business culture (4 elements with 62 criteria: Business philosophy, Business morality, Entrepreneur Culture and Enterprise Culture). From the value table, the research team classified to questions which were carried out by a survey of 1000 questionnaires in the country.
The result analysis released many interesting outcomes. With the success, many people stated at the seminar “the project has several new points (Prof. Duong Phu Hiep), notable contributions (Assoc.Prof. Hoang Van Hoa), highly academic value (Assoc.Prof. Pham Hong Tung)… On the other hand, there were also some Report content required to clarified more.
