Research purposes:
- Analyzing the situation and evaluating the process to change into parent and subsidiary company organization model in Vietnam Postal and Telecommunications Services Group to point out the successes and shortcomings needed to overcome, and to suggest solutions to improve the model for large-scale application in State-owned Corporations.
- Systematizing the theoretical and practical basis in building and developing the model: parent and subsidiary company
- Transitional process into parent and subsidiary organization form at Vietnam Postal and Telecommunications Services group
- Indicating the shortcomings and limitations during the transitional period, suggesting the solutions to overcome and improve the model to develop it in state-owned corporations
New contributions:
- Systematizing in theory the principle of the parent and subsidiary form of organization
- Summarizing the experiences gained by other countries with the purpose of applying them for Vietnamese corporations
- Analyzing and evaluating the unique features of Vietnam Postal and Telecommunications Services group and the transitional process.
- Suggesting solutions to complete the model: parent - subsidiary company in Vietnam Postal and Telecommunications Services group
