I. GENERAL
INFORMATION
Alumni Association of VNU University of
Economics and Business was established on 14th November, 2009. This is a
voluntary, social organization of students, trainees and graduate students
(collectively referred to as students) who have studied at the Faculty of
Economics - VNU before and VNU UEB today.
UEB Alumni Association is a member
organization of UEB, operating under the leadership of the University's Board
of Management.

IV. FUNCTIONS
AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gathering and
mobilizing numerous generations of alumni who are working and living in Vietnam
and abroad to promote solidarity, support and help each other in study, work
and life.
Closely
connecting relationships and cooperation between the University and alumni
network in training, research, service business and human resource development.
Organizing
exchanges and gatherings to tighten the solidarity between students who have
studied at UEB.
Organizing
activities to coordinate training, research, service business between the
University and organizations, individuals, localities and businesses.
Attracting
donations from domestic and foreign organizations and individuals to contribute
to the development of the Association as well as UEB.
Coordinate to
carry out activities to improve training programs, receive internships and
employment support for students.
Coordinating the
implementation of Action Programs of VNU-UEB.
Sharing
information; Power connection; Support for mutual development; Nurturing the
pride of the University, contributing to the image of UEB.
V. MAJOR
ACTIVITIES
1.
Executive Committee:
- Developing an
action plan and program.
- Deciding on the
Association's financial plan.
- Deciding on the
level of joining fee.
- Deciding on the
organization of Congress of delegates.
- Concretizing the
Association's activities, periodically reporting the Association's work, taking
responsible for helping, monitoring direction and supporting the activities of
the Association.
2. Standing
Committee:
- On behalf of the
Executive Committee, directing and inspecting the implementation of the
Association's activities between the two congress terms.
- Preparing
content, convening and organizing meetings; reviewing report of work with
Executive Committee.
- Deciding on
specific tasks, urgent issues, then report to Executive Committee.
- The standing
committee has an office to assist with the day-to-day operations.
3. Advisory
Board: Advising
the Executive Committee of the Association in building and developing the
Association.
4. Secretariat:
- Developing the
agenda of the leadership of the Association.
- Serving meetings
of the Association.
- Documenting the
Association's decisions.
- Organizing the communication
tasks for the Association's activities.
- Carrying out
other specific tasks as assigned by the Standing Committee.
