Attending to the ceremony were representatives of UEB’s Management Board, staff and faculty members. Representing Ha Giang  People's Committee, there were delegates from provincial departments and 68 graduates of master training program in Economic Management of QH-2012-E intake.
Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc.Prof Dr. Nguyen Hong Son - UEB Rector emphasized the importance of bilateral cooperation program between Vietnam National University, Hanoi and Ha Giang Province. The QH-2012-E intake is under the cooperation program in education and training, scientific research and transferring knowledge between the two parties. This was the initial successful step, which opened further promising activities. The UEB Rector had asked all units of the university, especially the Faculty of Political Economics and Office of Academic Affairs, to ensure training quality, contributing to develop high-qualified human resources to Ha Giang.
After that, representatives of Ha Giang leaders, Mr. Le Quang Trieu, Chairman of the province’s Inspection Commission, expressed his gratitude to VNU and UEB leaders for the significant collaboration. At the ceremony, he also assigned tasks to functional departments of the province, firstly the Economics and Technology College of Ha Giang to ensure all conditions for high-quality training.
The ceremony was successfully organized and the graduates were standing ready for a new academic year.
