2. Program: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) training program offered by St. Francis awarded a degree, including 40 subjects – 121 credits, trained fulltime in Vietnam.

Students applying for enrollment in the 2nd intake, in 2022, can choose to enroll in the following training programs:

- Double majors: International Business and Supply Chain Management; or:

- Major in Marketing; or:

- Major in Finance.

3. Method and conditions for direct admission: under the following conditions:

3.1. Method 1: Admission for the results of The National High School Exam results which satisfy 3 conditions:

- Condition 1: Candidates with The National High School Exam results in 2022 achieve 20/30 points or more through 1 of 7 selection combinations including Mathematics , Physics, English (A01); Math, Literature, English (D01); Math, Chemistry, English (D07); Math, Biology, English (D08); Math, History, English (D09); Math, Geography, English (D10); Mathematics, Civic Education, English (D84). High school English exam score of 6.5 or higher. Score of The National High School Exam results in 2021 is 5.0 or higher

- Condition 2: The average score of each school year at the high school level is at least 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or 2.50 on a 4.0 scale)

- Condition 3: Have an international English certificate that is at least equivalent to level 4 according to the Vietnamese 6-level Foreign Language Competency Framework (VSTEP): IELTS 5.5; TOEFL iBT 72 is valid for 2 years.

3.2. Method 2: Admission Test Results of the Competency Assessment exam organized by VNU in 2022

- Condition 1: Candidates using the results of the Competency Assessment exam organized by VNU get 80/150 points or higher

- Condition 2: The average grade point average of each school year at the high school level is at least 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or 2.50 on a 4.0 scale)

- Condition 3: Having an international English certificate at least equivalent to level 4 according to the 6-level Foreign Language Competency Framework for Vietnamese (VSTEP): IELTS 5.5; TOEFL iBT 72 is valid for 2 years.

3.3. Method 3: Direct admission when candidates satisfy 02 conditions:

- Condition 1: The average score of 5/6 semesters in high school is at least 8.0 on a 10-point scale (or 3.50 on a 4.0 scale. ). The remaining semester is 7.0/10 or higher;

- Condition 2: Have an international English certificate with at least IELTS 5.5; TOEFL iBT 72; B2 CEFR is valid for 2 years.

3.4. Method 4: Considering the results of high school transcripts when candidates meet all 03 conditions:

- Condition 1: The average grade point of each school year at the high school level is at least 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or 2.5 according to the standard on scale 4.0);

- Condition 2: The average score of 3 subjects for the whole year of grade 12 of 1 of the following 4 combinations is 21.0 points or higher, of which the minimum score in English is 7.0/10:

A01: Math, Physics, English;

D01: Math, Literature, English;

D07: Math, Chemistry, English;

D08: Math, Biology, English;

D09: Math, History, English

D10: Maths, Geography, English

D84: Maths, Civic Education, English

- Condition 3: Have a minimum English certificate equivalent to level 4 according to the Competency Framework 6-level foreign language proficiency for Vietnamese (VSTEP): IELTS 5.5; TOEFL iBT 72; B2 CEFR is valid for 2 years.

5. Degree and Graduation conditions:

- Students enrolled in the program need to accumulate a minimum of 121 credits, achieving a minimum overall GPA of 2.5/4.0 for general knowledge and 2.0/4.0 for business and specialized knowledge to be considered for graduation.

- Degree of Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of St. Francis, USA (accredited by the Quality Management Department, Ministry of Education and Training).

- Graduation transcripts (with majors) issued by the University of St. Francis, United States. Degrees and Transcripts are exactly the same as diplomas and transcripts issued to students studying and graduating in the United States.

6. Lecturers:

- 100% of the lecturers in the Program are masters and doctoral graduates from universities in countries with the world's top training quality, with a lot of practical experience and knowledge in accordance with the international standards.

- 50% of the subjects of the training major are taught by the lecturers of the University of St. Francis is directly.

7. Standard training time: 4 years – equivalent to 8 semesters. Each school year consists of 2 semesters: Spring and Autumn.

8. Language of instruction: English.

9. Training location: VNU University of Economics and Business.

10. Student rights: to fully enjoy the benefits of full-time undergraduate students of the VNU University of Economics and Business and the University of St. Francis, USA (except for the policy of exemption and reduction of tuition fees), including but not limited to the following activities:

- Participating in student exchange programs (with credit recognition) with more than 60 universities leading universities in the world and of Vietnam are partners of the VNU-UEB.

- To participate in cultural and sports exchanges, domestic and international scientific conferences with lecturers;

- Participating in soft skills training courses, self-development clubs and job support.

- Training support services, international standard facilities, ensuring the interests of learners.

- Students who wish to transfer to the University of St. Francis, USA and have the opportunity to receive a scholarship equivalent to 25% of the tuition fee at St. Francis.

- Graduates in Vietnam are invited to the US to attend the Graduation Ceremony (if they wish) at St. Francis and visit Chicago, the 3rd largest city in the US, and the famous Lake Michigan.

- Admission fee: 2,285,000 VND/candidate (equivalent to 100 USD).

- Tuition fee (for a standard course of 121 credits, students study according to the 4-year - 8-semester schedule, study fulltime in Vietnam): 330,380,040 VND/student (equivalent to 14,484 USD).

Note: Students who pass the 2nd intake, enrolling in the Fall 2022 are granted a scholarship of 50,296,050 VND/student (equivalent to 2205 USD). This scholarship will be deducted directly from the payment period when studying at VNU-UEB. The tuition fee for a standard course that students must pay after deducting the scholarship is: 280,083,990 VND (Two hundred and eighty million eighty three thousand nine hundred and ninety dong – equivalent to 12,279 USD).

- Admisssion fee: 2,737,200 VND/student (equivalent to 120 USD) – paid when applying for graduation.

- Graduation ceremony fee: 4,562,000 VND/student (equivalent to 200 USD)

- Method of collecting fees and tuition fees: bank transfer.

Training costs and fees are collected in Vietnam Dong. The rate of collection will change according to the selling rate of the Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam at the time of collection.

Provisional exchange rate: 1 USD is equivalent to 22,810 VND (refer to the selling rate of Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam on February 7, 2022).

Note: The above tuition fee (excluding scholarships) is equivalent to 28.17% of the tuition fee to study at USF University in the academic year 2022 – 2023. Students who transfer to the University of St. Francis, USA will have to pay tuition fees as prescribed by the University of St. Francis applies in the United States in the respective transition year. Students have the opportunity to receive a scholarship equivalent to 25% of tuition fees at the University of St. Francis if the GPA can be maintained at least 3.0/4.0 for each term
