At the beginning of the course, the representatives of the Department of Industry and Security said: The Department is the management unit of industrial enterprises in the police force and businesses operating under the Enterprise Law and engaging in the businesses that are not prohibited by law. In order to enhance the dynamism and creativity in the business as well as to identify methods of assessing the competencies of each staff, the Department wants to change management methods of businesses to increase labour efficiency and profits. The course aimed at improving planning skills and modern assessment methods as well as applying KPIs. Lecturer of the course is the leading expert on KPIs in Vietnam - Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le also instructed the leaders of enterprises on modern planning methods, in which, the plan should be practical and is divided into check points, each must have a product. Specifically, there must be close inspection and supervision. Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le affirmed that leaders and employees need mutual understandings when working, applying methods with adjustment and careful supervision. Reports must be short and concise.

At the end of the course, the attendants were excited about what they had learnt, especially planning skills using modern methods that can greatly reduce administrative procedures and optimize work efficiency. They are all waiting for another course being held for lower level of the system.
