The course aims to establish and strengthen the cooperation between the UEB and the University of Riverside as well as create opportunities for academic exchange.

At the course, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Anh Thu - Vice Rector of the University expressed her joy to welcome the delegation from the US. This is the second group from the United States to study at the University of Economics and Business, after George Mason University. This course provides the students with a realistic view of a dynamic, integrated and developing economy. This is also an opportunity to promote cooperation between the two universities, creating the academic exchange for faculty members and students of the universities.

  

The lectures were given by the leading experts in international economics, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Viet Khoi and Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Anh Thu. The course focuses on analyzing the economic relations among major countries, opportunities and challenges for developing countries. At the same time emphasizing the role of technology and knowledge in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Cooperation with foreign universities opens up many opportunities for UEB’s students to study abroad. In addition, the students had the chance to join the research projects carried by lecturers of the university with partners from universities around the world.
