24/7 support team - available anywhere, anytime

24/7 Support Team is an innovation of the VNU University of Economics and Business (shortly named as UEB) to serve and answer students' questions during their study.

Being directly coordinated by Assoc.Prof. Nguyen Manh Tuan - Vice Rector and Team Leader, 24/7 Support Team was introduced to UEB’s students during the Conference of Youth Union and class officers to be held on 12th December at Room 801.

Attending the conference, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le - Rector; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Manh Tuan - Vice Rector; deans of the faculties/school with class presidents, members of the youth union.

The conference is an important bridge between the students and the board of management. This is to answer all questions from the students during their study as well as to listen to their concerns and problems.

At the beginning of the conference, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le introduced 24/7 Support Team - a special working group headed by Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Manh Tuan. The team will directly handle all questions, complaints and suggestions from the students. The team works 24 hours in 7 days per week to serve any student not only class presidents; the questions can be sent to the team via email, box, hotline or face-to-face conversations with the staffs.

After that, the students gave many questions relating to online course registration, facilities at classes as well as exchange programs. The questions were answered by UEB’s Rector and heads of offices and deans of faculties/school.

At the end of the conference, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le asked the 24/7 team to hold specific communication campaigns to build a friendly and civilized learning environment; publicizing telephone and email of team staffs at lecture halls; enhancing information on newsletters for students to timely grasp news of the University, announcements, etc. With participation of the Rector, a large number of students expressed their belief in the innovation of the University in the coming time.
