Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le presents at the conference

The lecture of Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le focused on the Game theory. This is the study of applying the rules of the games into corporate governance. This is the key issue for businesses as it helps forecast the business situation, predict the dynamics of competitors and the market, which, in turn, contribute to the making of policy and business strategy.

It is from the rules of games that players have to determine what kind of game they are playing, what benefits they have for themselves and whether to choose how to play or even set the rules to benefit themselves. The rules seem appear only in the game but in fact are extremely useful in business and corporate governance.
