The UEB awarded degrees to nearly 600 students

On the morning of July 7th 2017, VNU University of Economics and Business solemnly held the graduation ceremony for nearly 600 students (bachelors, masters and doctors).


Attending the ceremony, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le - Vice Rector in charge, Dr. Nguyen Anh Thu - Vice Rector, Dr. Pham Minh Tuan - Vice Rector and leaders of faculties, institutes, centers and functional offices of the UEB. Especially, the ceremony welcomed nearly 600 graduate students together with their family and friends.

Opening the ceremony, on behalf of the UEB’s management board, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Truc Le gave the opening speech and sent congratulations to the new doctors, masters and bachelors. "After this day, you will step into a new threshold, a higher threshold of knowledge. Especially, for the new bachelors, I believe that the knowledge you gained at the UEB will stay with you and help you achieve your dreams".

On this occasion, the UEB conferred degrees for 6 doctors, 395 masters and 173 bachelors. The University also awarded 105 students for their excellent achievement in research and learning. Especially, five UEB’s students received merits from the President of VNU, including:
  • Le Hong Ngoc - Class QH-2014-E KTQT
  • Can Thi Thanh Hien - Class QH-2013-E KTQT-CLC
  • Lai Loan - Class QH-2013-E TCNH-CLC
  • Le Thi Dieu Hien - Class QH-2013-E Accounting
  • Truong Que Hang - Class QH-2013-E Economics

At the ceremony, student Can Thi Thanh Hien - class QH-2013-E KTQT CLC represented nearly 600 graduates gave the speech to express gratitude to the lecturers and staffs of the University.

The most important part of the ceremony was awarding degrees to the graduates. VNU University of Economics and Business awarded degrees to nearly 600 new doctors, masters and bachelors.
