Aiming at improving the quality of human resources for Hapro, the course comprises 36 lessons taking place since 18^th March with lecturers from Faculty of Business Administration. The course was successfully ended with positive responses from both learners and Hapro.

Attending the closing ceremony, from the UEB, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hong Son - Rector, Dr. Nguyen Truc Le - Vice Rector, Dr. Nguyen Anh Thu - Vice Rector together with staff and faculties of the UEB. From Hapro, there were Mr. Nguyen Huu Thang - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son - General Director together with leaders of member companies and offices.

After the course, 27 learners have acquired professional knowledge and cored skills in strategic leadership and organization management, including: background knowledge of leadership and management; effective governance knowledge and leadership skills, taught by senior experts in strategies, leadership, finance etc. of the UEB.

The final course survey showed high appreciation of learners on qualifications and knowledge of lecturers, well preparation and rich content of lectures, well communication and appealing approach to learners. During the course, lecturers used modern teaching method, in which combining theory conveying with encouraging learners to participate in discussion and presentation. The learners also valued the application and effectiveness of knowledge gained at the course.  

Report of the UEB and Hapro at the closing ceremony showed that the training course not only benefited learners but also enhanced capabilities of lecturers themselves.

 
4 excellent learners received commendations

At the ceremony, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hong Son and Mr. Nguyen Huu Thang awarded certificate of completion for learners and commendations for 4 learners with excellent performance at the course. Congratulating on the success of the course, leaders of both parties affirmed the close relationship between the two sides, at the same time suggesting further cooperation in the future.

Mr Nguyen Huu Thang expressed trust and appreciation in the development orientation of the UEB. In the near future, Hapro hoped to enhance relation with the UEB in some activities including short-term program of corporate governance, collaborative research in market, long-term relation in human resources etc. Hapro will be pleasured to welcome UEB’s students for the field trips.

Ending the ceremony, the two sides agreed to appoint representatives to continue further discussion for cooperation in the future.
