“Escape” from the safe zone and have more fun

UEBers - the dynamic Gen Z generation have more than a way to discover their own color and exit their safe zone to challenge themselves with many activities at the University.

"Huong used to be a shy girl and hardly take part in any social activities when she was a high school student. She became a student at VNU University of Economics and Business and exposed to a wide range of activities held by the Student Union and Youth Union. She learned to join with others and express herself in many other activities…” This is what student Le Minh Huong said about her first engagement with Youth Union activities at the UEB.

Unlike Huong, Doan Thuy Linh (Student of QH-2018-E CLC Business Administration ) and Doan Minh Trang (Student of QH-2018-E Accounting CLC 1) are active with the social activities during their high school years. Becoming members of the Union at the UEB, Linh and Trang both have the feeling of belonging to the dynamic and creative student community.

The most memorable memory is probably the camp activity in the UEB Newbie Welcome . The days when everyone gathers to set up camp, busy with activities such as cooking, fashion design. At that time, I was extremely emotional when I felt the great responsibility being trusted by everyone, being the eldest sister of the "SBA train"– Thuy Linh shared.

Minh Trang said: "4 years at university, participating in the Student and Youth Union activities of the University has given me many good memories. There is a story… it was before the Club's Day 2020. Our members of the Content Team stayed up late at night, sleeping for only 3-4 hours, we tried our best with joy and happiness, we felt excited for the next day. And then when the program was successfully conducted, receiving the love and companionship of the New Students and the Clubs, we were all overwhelmed with happiness and pride.
