On September 16th, VNU University of Economics and Business held the Book Festival 2018, attracting thousands of students.
The book festival is an annual event held at the University. So far, this has been the 7th festival being held. With careful preparation, the festival has attracted thousands of students from universities in Hanoi.
It is estimated that more than 5,000 books were exchanged at the festival this year, the old books are mainly textbooks for students. According to the organizers of the program, the old books will be given to children in upland areas, where the difficulties could not afford to buy the new ones.
UEB book festival 2018 was not only a book exchange place, but also a place to make friends for students in Hanoi.
