The International Postgraduate Research Scholarship (IPRS) scheme was established to maintain and develop international research linkages and specifically aims to attract top quality international postgraduate students to areas of research strength in the Australian higher education sector and support Australia's research effort.
In addition to IPRS, Curtin has a number of Strategic International Research Scholarships (CSIRS) available for commencement in 2014. Eligible students who are not successful in the 2014 IPRS round but whose area of research aligns with one of Curtin's Strategic Areas listed below, will automatically be assessed for Curtin Strategic International Research Scholarship (CSIRS).
