About the author:
Dr. Hoang Dinh Phi, born in 1969 at the northern province of Nam Dinh, wasone among Vietnam’s 10 typical young face of the year 2002 for his outstanding performances in studying and contribution. He has been a business administrator and lecturer for years. Being a specilist in technology management and economic development, he is the author of several valuable technological works and projects. He is not only a lecturer but also an independent consultant for a number of organizations and businesses. He has been a strategic consultant for the VNU, Head of the Department of Technology Management cum Director of the Master Programme in Technology Management and Business Development of the VNU- University of Economics and Business.
