Businesses, large or small, face the questions such as: how individuals and groups could corporate? Many businesses fail, not because of capital or market but because they do not find the answer to the above question.

The South Korea, once known as one of the poorest countries in the world, has been seriously implementing its economic development strategy since 1962. After less than four decades, the country has achieved extraordinary economic achievements known to the world as the "Miracle on the Han River". Along with the miraculous development of this Northeast Asian country is the birth and development of many large enterprises (called Chaebol) that play an important role for the development of the country. Among the many reasons why Korea could become a developed country, the culture of cooperation plays an important part because it helps people devote their energies to the development of the country, regardless of their position, class and background.
