In the context of increasingly fierce competition among marketing markets, the Marketing Management module by Dr Richard Vaghan plays an important role in providing in-depth, modern and highly practical knowledge. Especially in the setting of increasingly complex and varied marketing market requirements, the role of marketing management and administration in the endeavours and growth of businesses becomes more and more crucial. Buyer Behaviour, Analytical Customer, and Measuring Marketing Effectiveness are the main focuses of this course.

With many years of practical experience in the marketing industry in the US, in each lesson, Dr Richard divides the class into groups, allowing students to discuss and practice planning, analysing strategies and operating methods of large and small businesses around the world, instead of just learning theory.
