at least IELTS 5.5/ TOEFL 500/ TOEFL iBT 61/ TOEIC 600

or Home University’s English certificate equivalent to IELTS 5.5

Application procedure

Nominees of our partner universities should:

1. Complete online application at VNU admission system (kindly refer to the attached guidance)

2. Fill out the application form (attached) and send all required materials by post before the deadline

Required documents for application

1- Application form

2- Academic transcript (including GPA)

3- Certificate of English Proficiency (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent)

4- Official nomination from Home university

5- 04 pictures (size 3x4 cm)

6- Copy of passport with a validity at least one year duration from the starting date of semester in Vietnam

7- Health Certificate

8-Your tentative chosen course (please refer to the file attached, the courses is subject to be changed, and will be officially available in around April). Please also note that there are 3 faculties offering courses in English: School of Business, Faculty of Finance and Banking (FB) and Faculty of International Business and Economics (FIBE).

9- Information of nearest Vietnamese Embassy/Consulate to get visa

Deadline

Students should register and send required documents by post and email at least 3 months before the semester starts

· Fall Semester (start from August): 1 April

· Spring Semester (start from January): 30 September

Scholarship

· For partner universities: students are offered full tuition scholarship

· For universities which have not establish partnership agreement: students are required to pay tuition fee to enroll in exchange programs (about US$ 750 for each semester)
