This is one of the contents of cooperation between VNU University of Economics and Business (VNU-UEB) and International Trading, Investment and Technology Development Joint-stock company (herein after referred to as IDT) was agreed and signed at the Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony taking place on 10 December, 2013.
Attending the signing ceremony were Mr. Pham Thanh Hai - Chairman cum CEO of IDT Corporation, the assistant of general manager on the operating segments: investment, project, together with leader of functional department, Apex training and consulting Institution, “Science of getting rich” project ... under the company.
From the VNU - UEB, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hong Son- Rector, representatives and leaders of functional departments, centers, head of the faculties and students.
Making a speech at the signing ceremony, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hong Son said that this signing ceremony is the realization of the cooperation activities between the two parties recently, and also the beginning of the strategic partnership between the VNU-UEB and IDT Corporation.
Emphasizing the similarities in training goals of high-quality human resources of the two units, Mr. Pham Thanh Hai expressed his hope on the fruitful cooperation between the two units in the near future.
The MOU was signed this time so as to develop the comprehensive and strategic partnership between IDT and VNU-UEB, and moreover to implement specific cooperation activities.
Accordingly, the two sides will develop “VNU-UEB Development Fund”; participate in the short-term/long-term training programs; promote and implement the current programs and projects of the two sides including: the business incubators model and technology commercialization; the training course “Science of getting rich” of IDT Corporation, the international joint training program of VNU-UEB.

At the ceremony, the two units signed a cooperative agreement to establish "VNU-UEB Development Fund"
The IDT Corporation will participate in several activities such as student with scientific research, citizen activity week, introduction and career orientation as a sponsor or consultant ...; awarding scholarships for VNU-UEB’s students; getting the students of VNU-UEB to practice and create employment opportunities for graduation students.
Both parties will also collaborate to develop and organize short -term courses for companies , organizations, local businesses; organizing conferences, seminars, events, business exchanges, and collaborative research and implementation of research projects in the areas of mutual interest ...
Based on the strengths of each unit, the two sides will have advice on building E-learning training curriculum at VNU-UEB; giving consultancy on training curriculum, syllabus, building management systems, building portfolio management system, the company on education and training that IDT has investment in ...
The International Trading, Investment and Technology Development Joint-stock company works on activities in the fields of financial investment, training, and deployment projects on Internet technology platform. Prior to the signing ceremony, on 27/11, delegation of VNU-UEB also had a trip to meet and exchange cooperative partnership opportunities at the headquarters of IDT Corporation.
