The delegates leaded by PhD. Dang Nguyen Manh - Vice Rector and leaders of a number of faculties and departments from the Thai Binh University. From VNU University of Economics and Business, there were Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Truc Le - Rector; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Anh Thu - Vice Rector and leaders of faculties and offices of the University.

Beginning the meeting, PhD. Dang Nguyen Manh briefly introduced about the formation and development process of Thai Binh University. The University offers undergraduate programs in Economics, Accounting and Auditing, and Finance and Banking. The University is also carrying out a number of projects related to the socio-economic development of the area, especially to Marine Economy and the Natural Resource and Environment Economics. PhD. Dang Nguyen Manh also expressed the desire to cooperate with UEB in both training and research.

Assoc.Prof.PhD. Nguyen Truc Le expressed his willingness to cooperate with Thai Binh University in the coming time. The Rector said that the two universities can cooperate in training PhDs and shared experiences on university autonomy, and other activities such as joint conferences, international articles etc.
