Vacancy announcement: Coordinator of international Training Programs

University of Economics and Business needs to recruit 04 Coordinators of international joint training programs to work at the Center for International Training and Education (CITE)


Since 2004 until now, the VNU-University of Economics and Business (VNU-UEB) has developed Launching international joint training programs from bachelor to master level with accredited and reputable international partners. The University's international joint training programs have met the society's demand for high-quality and world-class training, contributing to improving the competitiveness of businesses and the economy.

Currently, VNU-UEB needs to recruit 04 Coordinators of international joint training programs to work at the Center for International Training and Education (CITE).

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Drafting plans for the Program's activities (annual, periodical,...);

- Organize training activities of the program: draft class schedule, invite and draft contracts of lecturers and speakers; prepare study materials; classroom organization; student grades;...

- Managing and supporting students in the program: building student handbooks; credits registration for each semester; coordinate with lecturers in attendance work; monitor student progress and learning results; administrative and financial rules and regulations in the program; support graduation procedures; answering students' questions;...

- Coordinating the implementation of tasks including: organization of program events; support in testing and quality assurance; managing program’s record; follow up the financial regulations of the program.

- Report results periodically and at the request of departmental leaders and center director.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors, the School Board of Directors.

2. REQUIREMENTS

- Candidate possess a bachelor/master degree with good level or above in Education Management, Economic Management,...

- Priority will be given to candidates with at least 02 years of experiennce in management training or customer service.

- Candidates with excellent dependability and honesty; high level of adaptability and responsibility

- Foreign languages: Good communication in English.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common computer skills.

- Skills: Communication, presentation, negotiation, information gathering and processing, initiative and creativity in work.

- Not older than 35 years from the date of application.
