On 28th October 2015 morning, Faculty of Political Economics, University of Economics and Business,VNU has organized a meeting to oriented scientific research for students. The program has attracted the interest of the students of the Faculty of Political Economics.
Opening the meeting, Ph.D. Tran Quang Tuyen – Vice Dean in charge of scientific research of the Faculty of Political Economics shared: “ With research-oriented, Faculty always create conditions to support students in the process of implementation of scientific research projects”.
Next, Ph.D. Tran Quang Tuyen has shared his own research experiences over years and stressed that “Before conducting scientific research, beside the the excitement students should actively create, look for subjects having new direction, research methods can be qualitative research or quantitative research depending on the selected topic, the problem given is sometimes not really need a solution, because each subject has a specific characteristics, the key differences is freshness in research. .
In addition, Deputy Dean of the Faculty shared more, for having a high quality research paper, students should actively in finding literatures and improving level of English in reading foreign literatures; subject must be fresh, no individual or group has studied.
At the meeting, students have given a number of questions related directly to the orientation that they are exploring. The concerns of students were answered satisfactorily and enthusiastically. Beside, Ph.D. Tran Quang Tuyen also have given detailed instructions for each subject.
The meeting has fueled motivation, bringing students closer to scientific research. This is a good opportunity for the students, not only have they be oriented and consulted by the lecturer of faculty but also exchanging and learning with other students who share the same passion for research.
Hopefully with the inspiration from lecturers, research activities of students in the Faculty will become more active, there are numerous interesting and creative projects of students in the near future.
