DEFENSE TRIAL 2021 is a contest co-organized by the Research Community for Economics Students (RCES) and the Student Support Center of the VNU University of Economics and Business (CSS), directed by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University.
DEFENSE TRIAL 2021 is the very first competition in the field of scientific research to be held for students of the economic sector in Hanoi to help student research teams have the opportunity to defend their research. Thereby, students will be more confident and better prepared for the upcoming defenses at the faculty level, the university level, the VNU level, the Ministry of Education and Training level, or other academic forums in 2020.
With the competition format modelled after a real defense, DEFENSE TRIAL 2021 will provide a wonderful opportunity for research groups who want their work to achieve the expected results and compete with other research teams coming from economics universities in Hanoi.
I. Subject and objective of the competition
- All students from economics universities in Hanoi can participate in the contest.
- All research related to the economic sector such as Economics, Business, Finance, Insurance, Banking, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Auditing, ... can participate in the contest.
II. Contest time
The competition takes place from December 30th, 2020 to January 30th, 2021(projected). The period of registration is from December 30th, 2020 to January 12th, 2021.
III. How to join
Students register to participate in the competition with a maximum of 05 members per team.

IV. Contest format
The submission should include 01 full text of the research and 01 summary of the research presented in the format specified by the contest organizer (
